Uzbekistan’s exports rise nearly 19-fold over 35 years
Uzbekistan’s export volume reached $33.8 billion by the end of 2025, according to the National Statistics Committee.
The committee noted that the country’s export performance has shown consistent growth over the years. In 1991, exports totaled $1.8 billion, increasing steadily in the years that followed.
Exports amounted to $3.7 billion in 1995, $3.3 billion in 2000, $5.4billion in 2005, $13.0 billion in 2010, $12.5 billion in 2015, $15.1 billion in 2020, $16.7 billion in 2021, $19.7 billion in 2022, $24.9 billion in 2023, and $27.3 billion in 2024.
According to the data, last year’s export volume increased by nearly $32 billion compared to 1991, indicating that exports have grown approximately 18.8 times over the past 35 years.
